Solutions

Pallavas provides four reference solutions which illustrate the versatility of the DAT Mobility Platform. All are based on the core platform functions but provide solutions to a variety of business problems. Use the Quick Links for more details.

E - Business- Uses a web-based interface to enable a customer service representative (CSR) to push settings down to a smart phone to perform a software repair.

Retail and Distribution - Uses a UI combined with DMP to construct a PC application. It uses a wizard to set up a device in minutes using a flash memory card to deliver settings and content to the phone.

Enterprise Assistant - Similar to Retail Assistant except optimised for multiple devices as required for an enterprise. It also has an OTA facility to manage devices already in use.

Web Assistant - Web Assistant is a site that fronts the DMP services and presents the end-user with an attractive and compelling way to set up their phone and to buy and download content OTA. These examples show how the platform provides a flexible base for building solutions tailored to a specific business requirement. Using the DAT Mobility Platform as a foundation, custom applications can be developed extremely rapidly. Our customers can benefit fom tailored custom applications in a fraction of the time required to specify, develop and deploy a completely new custom design.
